Cutting out, Colouring in and Drawing Hares

1. Make a Pair of Hare Ears

Click on the black and white image to download a pdf and print it onto A4 card.

The pdf includes instructions on how to make the hare ears and head band.

You’ll also need:

  • Scissors
  • Sticky tape
  • Coloured pencils or coloured paper and glue to decorate.

Tip: You could use coloured paper or tissue to decorate the headband so that it looks like a grassy plain or meadow, where only the hare’s ears can be seen, standing up to listen for danger!
